摘  要:乡村农耕文化蕴含丰富的劳动教育价值,对促进人的全面发展具有重要作用。伴随城市化进程和工业文化的勃兴,农耕文化内容在教育中呈现明显缺失状态。乡村农耕文化中的协作精神、创新意识和生态观念,都与劳动教育存在显著的耦合关系。在新时代,利用农耕文化开展劳动教育具有塑造良好品格、传承农业知识与生存技能、培养创新思维、提高身体效能和树立天人合一的美学观等多重价值。在劳动教育中,农耕文化的创新性在于可以让学生在思考农业技术的“未完成性”的同时,进而思考人的“未完成性”,促进人的全面发展。将农耕文化融入劳动教育课程时,在课程实施中应注重课堂讲授与农耕实践相结合、农耕文化渗透于各课程、家校社三方联动、考核评价多元化和个性化。Rural farming culture contains the rich value of labor education, which plays an important role in promoting the holistic development of people. With the process of urbanization and the flourishing of industrial culture, the content of agricultural culture is obviously absent in education. The spirit of cooperation, innovation consciousness and ecological concept in rural farming culture all have a significant coupling relationship with labor education. In the new era, adopting farming culture to carry out labor education has multiple values, such as cultivating good character, inheriting agricultural knowledge and survival skills, cultivating innovative thinking, improving physical efficiency and establishing the aesthetic view of harmony between the nature and human. In labor education, the innovation of farming culture lies in that students can think about the “unfulfilled” agricultural technology, and then think about the people’s being“unfulfilled”, and promote the comprehensive development of people. When including farming culture into the labor education curriculum, the curriculum implementation should pay attention to the combination of classroom teaching and farming practice, the integration of farming culture into each curriculum, cooperation among home, school and society, and the diversified and personalized assessment and evaluation.
