高职药学专业现代学徒制运行机制的调查研究

摘  要:目的 基于医药企业的视角探索高职药学专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的运行机制,为深化产教融合、提高人才培养质量提供参考。方法 2022年1月至2022年4月,编制调查问卷《高职药学类专业现代学徒制运行机制评价量表》,对省内参与现代学徒制人才培养的医药企业就利益驱动机制、协调沟通机制、课程开发与实现机制、质量保障机制等开展问卷调查。结果 利益驱动机制、协调沟通机制、课程开发与实现机制、质量保障机制4个因子的因子分均值为4.34、3.76、4.10、4.13;采用单因素方差分析法对参与现代学徒制时间、企业规模、所属行业、是否建立自身员工培训体系、未来技术技能型人才的需求度、企业的技术类型和所处的阶段等共6个变量进行因子分对比,结果显示医药企业规模在利益驱动机制得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),是否建立自身员工培训体系在利益驱动机制、课程开发与实现机制和质量保障机制得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医药企业比较认可职业教育现代学徒制人才培养模式。医药企业规模和是否建立员工培训体系对现代学徒制运行机制产生影响。依据协同理论,为确保学徒制的人才培养质量,建议政府发挥主导作用,完善校企合作的相关法律法规,保障企业参与现代学徒制的权益。校企之间应建立及时有效的沟通渠道,联合培养专业教师和企业带教师傅,形成优势互补的倍增效应,制定科学、统一的课程体系,规范学徒制人才培养的全过程。Objective Based on the perspective of pharmaceutical enterprises, to understand the current situation of the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship in pharmaceutical specialty in vocational colleges, and to provide references for deepening the integration of industry and education and improving the quality of talent training. Methods The questionnaire Evaluation Scale for Modern Apprenticeship Operation Mechanism of Pharmaceutical Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges was developed. From January 2022 to April 2022, a questionnaire survey was conducted among pharmaceutical enterprises participating in the training of modern apprenticeship talents in Jiangsu province on how to carry out the benefit driven mechanism, how to achieve the coordination and communication mechanism, how to carry out the curriculum development and implementation mechanism, and how to achieve the quality assurance mechanism. Results The average scores of the four factors, the benefit driven mechanism, the coordination and communication mechanism, the curriculum development and realization mechanism, and the quality assurance mechanism, were 4.34, 3.76, 4.10, and 4.13. The single factor ANOVA result showed that there was a significant difference in the scores of profit-driven mechanism among pharmaceutical enterprises(P<0.05), profit-driven mechanism, curriculum development and realization mechanism and quality assurance mechanism(P<0.05). Conclusions At present, the communication system on apprenticeship between the enterprises and the vocational colleges is still lagging. Both the scale of pharmaceutical enterprises and the establishment of employee training system have an impact on the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeships.
