摘  要:在改革开放初期,双语专业课教学,全英文专业课教学就成为我国高校教育改革的热点。近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议与“构建人类命运共同体”理念的提出,尤其是2018年中美贸易争端开始以来,我国越发需要“明晰国际法,精通英语”的复合型国际化人才。为了培养此类人才,本文作者在所在院校的法学系开设了国际法全英文课程,然而以“教师灌输式”的传统教学方式进行本课程的教学,遇到了很多现实问题与困难。为了进行该课程教学的改革,本文作者参加了教学内容及教学语言综合研修线上培训(Content and Language Integrated Learning,CLIL)。CLIL教学模式将教学内容与英语学习有机统一起来,与国际法全英文教学的理念与目标具有很强的适切性。因此,结合国际法全英文课程的特点,探索性地对CLIL模式在本课程教学中的运用进行设计与实践,从课前准备、课程语言设计、小活动的运用与教学评价等方面对课程进行改革,不仅有助于培养学生法学英文文献的阅读能力,更有利于师生“问题意识”与“问题思维”的养成,能够使学生在轻松舒适的教学环境中,理解认知国际法理论知识的同时,提升英语语言能力。At the early stage of reform and opening up in China,bilingual professional course teaching and all English professional course teaching have become the focus of educational reform in universities.In recent years,with the Belt and Road Initiative and the idea of building a community of human destiny,especially since the Sino⁃US trade disputes which has begun since 2018,China increasingly needs compound international talents who are“clear about international law and proficient in English”.In order to cultivate such talents,the author of this paper has set up an all English course of international law for law students in her university.However,the traditional teaching method has encountered many practical problems and difficulties when conducting in English.In order to reform this course,the author has participated in the online training of CLIL—content and language integrated learning.CLIL teaching mode organically unifies the teaching content and English learning,which is highly appropriate to the all⁃English course of international law.Therefore,the characteristics of the all English course of international law are highly considered,the application of CLIL mode in teaching of this course are designed from the aspects of pre⁃class preparation,language in the course,small activities to evaluation.CLIL will not only help to cultivate studentsreading ability of legal documents in English,but also conducive to the cultivation of“problem consciousness”and“problem thinking”of both teachers and students,and enable students to understand the theoretical knowledge of international law and improve their English language ability at the same time in a relaxed and comfortable teaching environment.
