摘　　要：学科教学能力是中医高校临床教学医院教师专业素质的核心指标,也是关乎教学质量的主要因素。本研究采用扎根理论对北京中医药大学22个学科的40位青年教师进行访谈,并用Nvivo软件对其内容进行编码分析,构建以本体因素、条件因素、实践因素、文化因素、发展因素、工具因素为核心体系的学科教学能力模型,以提高教师的学科教学能力,指导、促进中医学高等教育的发展。Subject teaching ability is the core indicator of the professional quality of teachers in clinical teaching hospitals of TCM colleges and universities, and it is also the main factor related to teaching quality. This study used grounded theory to interview 40 young teachers from 22 subjects in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and used NVivo software to code and analyze the content to construct a model of subject teaching ability with six factors:ontology, condition, practice, culture, development, and tools as the core pillars, in order to improve teachers’ subject teaching ability, guide and promote the development of TCM higher education.
