摘  要:洛阳理工学院是一所应用型普通本科院校,为国家培养新型应用型人才。本文以洛阳理工学院无机非金属材料工程专业重要基础课程《材料工程基础》为引,针对应用型本科院校建设目标深入讨论本课程的教学模式改革,强化夯实基础,学以致用,融合创新的教学理念,培养新时代的应用型技术人才。以学生为主,老师为辅新型的教学模式起到了良好的教学效果。通过课程的学习夯实了学生的理论基础,培养了学生的主观能动性,提升了学生分析和解决实际工程问题的能力。Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology is an application-oriented general undergraduate college that trains new-type applied talents for the country. Fundamentals of Materials Engineering, an important basic course of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering in Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology was taked as a guide, the reform of the teaching model of the course in-depth for the construction target of applied undergraduate institutions was discussed, and the teaching concept of consolidating the foundation, applying learning to application, and integrating innovation was strengthened to cultivate applied technical talents in the new era. The new teaching model, which was student-oriented and teacher-assisted, achieved good teaching effects. Through the study of the course, students’ theoretical foundation was strengthened, students’ subjective initiative was cultivated, and students’ ability to solve practical engineering problems was enhanced.
