摘 要:英语教师的文化领导力是在教学过程中体现于文化层面的影响力。英语教师除了需要与其他职业教师相同的文化个性外,还需价值观、思维方式、交际策略、跨文化素养、文学艺术特质等文化内涵。文化视域、思维方式、认知智能以及文化内涵常常流露而构成一种个体的习惯性行为。在与学生交往的过程中,这种不自觉的行为会不时地对学生产生影响。因此,强化文化领导力内涵研究可以促进英语教师对学生影响的正效应,可以进一步提高英语教学质量。English teachers'cultural leadership is,in the instructional process,the embodiment of the cultural aspect of their educational influences.English teachers must need the cultural personality elements of other professional teachers and their own cultural personality elements including their own values,modes of thinking,communicative strategies,and intercultural and transliterary personality elements.These individual factors of attraction enrich the content of their cultural leadership,and broaden the cultural dimension of their influences.English teachers'cognitive,intellectual modes of thinking,together with their cultural visions and cultural intensions,unconscientiously exhibited,become their habits.These,together with their students'exchanges,will now and then affect or influence their students.So,deepening the cultural leadership intensions research helps forward English teachers'influence on their students with a positivity that further improves the educational quality of English instructional activities.
