摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全备受人们的关注,成为社会的热点话题。近年来,我国食品安全问题频发,食品微生物污染现象越来越常见,为有效提高食品安全,食品微生物检验工作越来越受重视。从食品微生物检验现状来看,还存在诸多问题,包括检验标准不统一、检验技术更新不及时等,影响着食品微生物检验工作的质量,还需持续完善食品微生物检验工作。基于此,本文简要分析食品微生物检验的主要内容,以食品微生物检验的现存问题为导向,提出优化食品微生物检验工作的具体策略,为相关从业人员提供参考。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, food safety has attracted people’s attention and become a hot topic in society. In recent years, food safety problems have occurred frequently in China,and food microbiological contamination is becoming more and more common. In order to effectively improve food safety, food microbiological inspection has become more and more important. From the current situation of food microbiological inspection, there are still many problems, including inconsistent inspection standards and untimely update of inspection technology, which affect the quality of food microbiological inspection work, and it is still necessary to continue to improve food microbiological inspection work. Based on this, this paper briefly analyzes the main contents of food microbiological inspection, and puts forward specific strategies to optimize the food microbiological inspection work based on the existing problems of food microbiological inspection, so as to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
