摘  要:目的探讨基于联合教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果及学生对该教学模式的评价。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月在大连大学附属中山医院消化内科进行临床教学的57名5年制本科学生为研究对象。随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组28名,研究组29名。对照组授课方式为传统教学法,研究组授课采用联合教学模式。教学结束后进行考试对教学效果进行评价,采用问卷调查的方法评估学生对教学模式的满意度。结果研究组的成绩为(89.69±6.38)分,高于对照组(81.52±8.86)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在激发学习兴趣、自主学习能力培养、临床能力培养、分析解决问题能力、检索能力、团队精神、沟通交流能力、动手操作能力、逻辑思维能力,这9个维度的满意度调查中,研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在消化内科进行临床教学的医学生实施联合教学模式在提高其各方面的能力具有较好的效果,医学生对联合教学模式的满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of combined teaching of gastroenterology and the evaluation of undergraduates on this teaching mode.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,a total of 57 undergraduates in department of gastroenterology of Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University were selected as the research objects.There were 28 undergraduates in the control group and 29 undergraduates in the study group.The teaching method of the control group was traditional teaching method,and the teaching mode of research group was combined teaching mode.After the teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated by examination,and the undergraduates’satisfaction with the teaching mode wan evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results The results of the study group(89.69±6.38)was higher than the control group(81.52±8.86),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).To stimulate interest in learning,autonomous leaning ability training,clinical ability training,analysis,problem-solving skills,literature ability,team spirit and communication ability,hands-on ability and logical thinking ability,the nine dimensions of satisfaction survey,the team were better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of combined teaching mode of undergraduates has a good effect on improving their ability in all aspects,and the medical students’satisfaction degree with the joint teaching model is high.
