摘 要:目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合引导式教学在产科临床护理教学中的作用。方法选取2018年11月—2020年4月在产科实习的大专护生97名,随机分为观察组51名和对照组46名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用CBL结合引导式教学模式。分析比较两组的综合能力、考试成绩和教学满意度。结果观察组的综合能力、出科专科理论考试、操作技能考试、临床实践能力考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学总满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合引导式教学模式能提高产科护生专科基础理论水平与护理实践技能,培养了护生的学习积极性、自主学习能力与沟通能力,提高了教学满意度。Objective To explore the role of case-based learning(CBL)combined with guided teaching in obstetric clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 97 junior college nursing students who practiced in obstetrics from November 2018 to April 2020 were selected.The students were randomly divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=46).The control group was adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group was adopted CBL combined with guided teaching mode.The comprehensive ability,test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of comprehensive ability,theory test,operation skill test and clinical practice ability test of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with guided teaching mode can improve the basic theoretical level and nursing practice skills of obstetric nursing students,cultivate their learning enthusiasm,autonomous learning ability and communication ability,and improve their teaching satisfaction.
