摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价在本科生神经病学教学中的应用和效果。方法选取新疆医科大学2019年9月—2021年1月在读的2016级临床医学本科班130名学生作为对照组,2017级临床医学本科150名学生作为试验组,对照组采取终结性评价,试验组采取形成性评价,比较两组学生期末考试卷面成绩和期末总评成绩,调查学生对本课程形成性评价实施效果的意见和建议。结果试验组总评成绩显著高于对照组,优秀率高于对照组,不及格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对形成性评价满意度高,大多数学生认为形成性评价可以激发学习兴趣,促进自学,提升临床思维及其他能力。结论形成性评价有助于提升神经病学的教学质量,可促进学生综合能力的培养。Objective To explore the application and effect of formative assessment in neurology teaching for undergraduates.Methods A total of 130 students from the 2016 clinical medicine undergraduate course of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2019 to January 2021were selected as the control group,and 150 students of 2017clinical medicine undergraduate course as the experimental group.The summative evaluation was performed in the control group and the formative evaluation was performed in the experimental group.The final examination scores and the final total score of the two groups were compared,and the students’opinions and suggestions on the implementation of the formative evaluation of the course were investigated.Results The total score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the rate of excellence was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of failure was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that students in the experimental group had higher satisfaction with formative evaluation,and most of them believed that formative evaluation could stimulate learning interest,promote selfstudy,and improve clinical thinking and other abilities.Conclusion Formative assessment is helpful to improve the teaching quality of neurology and promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability.
