摘  要:辅导员和专业教师是高校的两大育人主体,两者在协同育人目标上的高度同一性和统一性、育人工作上的互通性、育人合作上的优先性,确定了高校辅导员和专业教师协同育人的必然性。构建以辅导员、专业教师、学校、企业和大学生为核心的“五位一体”协同育人体系,探索高校辅导员和专业教师协同育人的实现路径以及运行机制,汇集协同育人力量,增强协同育人合力,以全面落实立德树人根本任务。Counselors and professional teachers are the two main subjects of education in colleges and universities.The high degree of homogeneity and unity in the goal of collaborative education,the interoperability of education work and the priority of cooperation in education determine the inevitability of collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers in colleges and universities.We will set up a"five-inone"collaborative education system with counselors,professional teachers,schools,enterprises and college students as the core,explore the realization path and operation mechanism of collaborative education between college counselors and professional teachers,gather the power of collaborative education,enhance the synergy of collaborative education,and fully implement the fundamental task of educating people with moral integrity.
