摘 要:随着高等教育的发展,党和国家对高职院校的人才培养提出了更高要求。美育是素质教育的重要组成部分,高职院校开展高质量美育是提升育人成效和人才培养质量的重要途径。目前由于对美育的重视程度不够、美育师资力量不强、美育教学方式单一等因素限制了高职院校美育发展水平。高职院校要从强化美育的思想认识和顶层设计、加强美育师资队伍建设、构建沉浸式美育模式等方面入手,实施高质量美育,充分发挥美育在人才培养中的重要作用。With the development of higher education,the Communist Party of China and the state have put forward higher requirements for personnel training in higher vocational colleges.Aesthetic education is an indispensable part of quality education,and high-quality aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges serves as the foundation to improve the effectiveness of education and the quality of personnel training.Currently,the overall achievements of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges is limited by factors asuch as insufficient attention to aesthetic education,weak teachers and stereotyped teaching methods.Higher vocational colleges should implement high quality aesthetic educationand give full play to the important role of aesthetic education in talent training by strengthening the ideological cognition and top-level design of aesthetic education,highlighting the construction of teaching staff and building an immersive aesthetic education model.
