摘 要:目的探讨自建毕博网络课程平台支持的线上线下混合教学模式是否有利于提高临床生物化学检验技术课程教学质量和学生学习效率。方法采用分组对照研究方法,选取2020年3月—2021年7月桂林医学院医学检验学院2017级(118名)和2018级(97名)检验技术本科生分别作为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统的课堂授课方式,通过QQ群沟通,研究组在对照组基础上依托临床生物化学检验技术网络课程实施线上线下混合教学模式进行授课,通过毕博平台互动沟通。最终通过对比两组期末理论课考试成绩、收集教学参与度信息,设计满意度调查问卷及对比学生授课后学习能力兴趣的提升程度,研究新教学模式的效果。结果研究组期末考试理论成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组课堂活跃度、发现问题能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、临床检验思维评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托毕博平台的临床生物化学检验技术课程线上线下混合教学模式是适应新形势下以“学生为中心”的新型教学模式,有助于提高学生自主学习能力及总评成绩,有助于加强学生对课程知识的掌握。Objective To explore whether the online and offline mixed teaching mode supported by the self-built Bibo network course platform is conducive to improving the teaching quality and learning efficiency of clinical biochemistry laboratory technology courses.Methods The grouped control study method was used to select the 2017(118 students)and 2018(97 students)laboratory technology undergraduates from the School of Laboratory Medicine,Guilin Medical University from March 2020 to July 2021 as the control group and the study group,respectively.The control group adopted the traditional classroom teaching method and communicated through QQ group,while the study group was taught by the online course"Clinical Biochemistry Test Technology"on the basis of the control group,which implemented the mixed teaching mode of online and offline,and communicated through Blackboard platform.Finally,the effect of the new teaching mode was studied by comparing the final examination results of the theory class between the two goups,collecting information on teaching participation,designing a satisfaction questionnaire and comparing the improvement of students'learning ability and interest after the lecture.Results The theoretical score of the final examination of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group had higher scores of classroom activity,problem identification ability,problem analysis ability,problem solving ability,and clinical examination thinking than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline hybrid teaching mode of Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory Technology course based on the Blackboard platform is a new teaching mode that adapts to the new situation of"student-centered",which helps to improve students'indepe
