摘 要:构建多元主体构成的老年教育资源供给格局,是积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要政策要求。社会资本理论视域下,各主体在社会关系网络中的角色和功能,决定了其资源拥有和供给的内容、层次、形式等方面的特点和优势。高等教育机构、社会福利机构、非营利性组织、老年学习者个体等资源供给主体,选择有利于发挥自身教育资源优势的实施路径,是世界老年教育发展重要的成功经验。各主体应准确把握路径选择上的内在影响因素,科学选择供给路径,提升老年教育贡献水平。Building a supply pattern of elderly education resources composed of multiple subjects is an important policy requirement to actively respond to the national strategy of population aging. From the perspective of social capital theory, the role and function of each subject in the social relationship network determines the characteristics and advantages of its resource ownership and supply in terms of content, level, form, etc. It is an important successful experience of the development of the world’s elderly education, that multiple subjects, such as higher education institutions, social welfare institutions, non-profit organizations, individual elderly learners and other resource supply subjects, have chosen the commendable implementation path depending on their own educational resource advantages. Each subject should clearly grasp the internal factors in path choice, scientifically choose the appropriate supply path, and improve the contribution level of elderly education.
