摘  要:本文介绍了一种针对住院医师的新型教学模式,称之为“干教融合”的教学模式,即在工作场所,基于临床活动,有机融入更多的教学活动,并通过这些评估住院医师能力,促进其岗位胜任力的提高。这种模式中的教学活动因为需要与临床活动紧密结合,笔者将传统教学活动做了改进,设计了一些有特色的教学活动,包括“大交班教学”“病历互评教学”“序贯式预查房”等。住院医师在这些活动中的表现以及展现出来的能力通过360度评价以及“成长档案”的方式记录和持续追踪,这种模式涵盖临床带教中的教、学、评价等关键要素。笔者在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中将这种教学模式进行了初步实践,取得了一定的应用经验。并经初步调研,在增强培训效果上获得了住院医师的认可,值得进一步深入实践和研究。We introduced a mode in standardized training for residents,which was called"Integration of Doing and Teaching".The concept of this mode integrated more teaching activities into clinical activities,so it was carried in the workplace,and based on real clinical activities.Because of teaching activities in this mode needed to be closely combined with clinical activities,we modified the traditional teaching activities,and designed some distinctive teaching activities,including"teaching in morning handover","mutual evaluation for medical records",and"sequential pre-rounding".The performance of residents in these activitis were recorded by 360°evaluation and"e-portfolio".Therefore,this mode contained mostly all key elements of clinical teaching,such as teaching,learning and evaluation.We tried this mode in training of emergency residents and got some experiences.It is accepted by residents and shows advantages for training effect.Further practice and research is worth for this mode in the residency training.
