摘  要:“畜产品加工”是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程。文章通过重新构建思政教育体系,分析“畜产品加工”课程知识点,并将思政元素融入“畜产品加工”教学中。经改革教学方法、教学目标和教学效果的评价方法和课程考核方式,以探索用正确的价值观引导学生努力学习,为高校课程思政教育的改革与实践奠定基础,为提高人才培养质量提供参考。“Animal Product Processing” is the core course of food science and engineering. The knowledge points of the course “Animal Product Processing” are analyzed, and the ideological and political elements are integrated into the teaching of “Animal Product Processing” by rebuilding the ideological and political education system in this paper. We have explored how to guide students to study hard with correct values through the reform of teaching methods, teaching objectives, evaluation methods of teaching effects and curriculum assessment. Our study will lay a foundation for the reform and practice of ideological and political education in college courses, and provide reference for improving the quality of talent training.
