摘  要:思政融入式教学是当前高等院校专业课程教学方式的一次变革。为提高教学效果,培养新时代中国特色社会主义的合格接班人,在多年本科教学经验的基础上,开展“食品包装与商品学”课程思政融入式教学探索。从课程特色、思政元素设计、融入方式、教学方法、考核评价等方面进行系统分析,寻找课程思政的最佳切合点、融入途径和方法,以获得最好的教学效果。同时,形成的思政案例和评价方法也为食品相关课程的思政建设提供参考。Ideological and political integration teaching is a reform of the current teaching method in professional courses of some universities. In order to improve the teaching effect and to cultivate qualified successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the ideological and political integration teaching exploration of “Food Packaging and Commodity” course was carried out on the basis of many years of undergraduate teaching experience. The contents consisting of curriculum characteristics, ideological and political element design, integration methods, teaching methods, assessment and evaluation were analyzed in this paper to find the best fitting point, integration ways and methods, so as to obtain the best teaching effect. At the same time, the formed ideological and political cases and evaluation methods could also provide reference for the ideological and political construction of food related courses.
