摘  要:高职院校在学科教学中渗透劳动教育是推动劳育贯穿育人全程的要求,是锻炼学生劳动能力的应有之义,是端正学生劳动价值取向的需要,是新时代职业教育价值的新彰显。然而,部分高职院校面临师生对渗透劳动教育存在认识障碍、渗透劳动教育存在制约因素、缺乏渗透劳动教育的“双师型”教师、学科教学中的劳动教育评价有待完善四个方面的问题。因此,高职院校要重构学科教学体系,完善劳动教育体系,强化教师队伍建设,完善劳动教育评价体系,以提升学科教学的劳育实效性。The penetration of labor education in subject teaching in higher vocational colleges is the requirement to promote labor education throughout the whole process of education, the proper meaning of training students’ labor ability, the necessity to correct students’ labor value orientation, and the new manifestation of vocational education value in the new era. However, some higher vocational colleges are faced with four problems: obstacles of teachers and students’ understanding of the penetration of labor education, constraint factors of penetration of labor education, lack of “double-qualified” teachers who penetrate labor education, and the need to improve the evaluation of labor education in subject teaching. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should reconstruct the subject teaching system, improve the labor education system, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, improve the evaluation of labor education, and improve the effectiveness of labor education in subject teaching.
