摘 要:目的 探讨“五阶段”循环联合CBL教学模式对普外科实习护生护理技能和护理质量的影响。方法 选择在普外科学习的78名护理实习生为观察对象,用随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用“五阶段”循环联合CBL教学模式,比较两组的临床护理培训效果。结果 观察组基础护理理论及实践技能水平显著高于对照组,护理质量评分和总分显著高于对照组,对教学方法的满意度显著高于对照组。结论 “五阶段”循环联合CBL教学模式可有效提高护生基础护理理论成绩及实践技能、临床护理能力和教学满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of "five-stage" cycle combined with CBL teaching mode on nursing skills and quality of intern nursing students in general surgery department.Methods A total of 78 nursing interns who studied in general surgery were selected as observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the "five-stage" cycle combined with CBL teaching mode.The clinical nursing training effects of the two groups were compared.Re sults The level of basic nursing theory and practical skills in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group:The nursing quality score and total score were significantly higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction with teaching methods was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusio n "Five-stage" cycle combined with CBL teaching mode can effectively improve the basic nursing theory and practical skills,clinical nursing ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
