护理本科生本专业文化自信心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理本科生对本专业文化自信的真实感受,为护理教育者、管理者制订思政教育方案提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,于2020年11—12月选取广州医科大学2020级的33名护理本科生为研究对象。本研究采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法。采用半结构式访谈法对护理本科生进行小组焦点访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析访谈资料,提炼主题。结果护理本科生对护理文化表现出正性和负性两面矛盾的心理体验,正性体验主题包含认可、接受和喜爱,负性体验主题包含冲突、抵触和困惑。结论本研究揭示了护理本科生对本专业文化自信的心理体验,建议护理教育者、管理者重视和强化护理本科生的正面体验感,并致力于改善护理本科生的负面体验感,开展相关针对性的文化育人和护理专业文化宣传,帮助护理本科生建立积极稳定的护理文化感知,培养护理本科生的护理文化自信。Objective To understand the true feelings of nursing undergraduates about their professional cultural confidence,and to provide reference for nursing educators and managers to formulate ideological and political education programs.Methods Totally 33 undergraduate nursing students admitted into Guangzhou Medical University in 2020 were selected by purposive sampling from November to December 2020.This study adopted the phenomenological method in qualitative research.Semi-structured group focus interviews were conducted with the nursing undergraduates,and Colaizzi's 7-step analysis was used to analyze the data and refine the themes.Results The nursing undergraduates showed both positive and negative psychological experience towards nursing culture.Positive experience themes included recognition,acceptance and love,while negative experience themes included conflict,resistance and confusion.Conclusions This study reveals the psychological experience of nursing undergraduates'cultural confidence in this profession.It is recommended that nursing educators and managers pay attention to and strengthen the positive experience of nursing undergraduates,and devote themselves to ameliorating their negative experience.They should provide targeted education for general culture and nursing culture,help nursing undergraduates establish a positive and stable nursing culture perception,and cultivate their confidence in nursing culture.
