摘　　要：经过多年探索,德国在天才儿童鉴别和选拔方面研发了成熟且系统的多维天才模型和测试工具。同时,通过完善的机构、组织和协会开展了天才教育教师的师资培训,为天才儿童及其家长提供了咨询服务和长期的纵向追踪研究。而在意识方面,德国从官方到民间都非常重视天才儿童教育,并为天才儿童教育的开展提供了重要的资金支撑。After years of exploration,Germany has developed a mature and systematic multidimensional gifted model and testing tools for the identification and selection of gifted children.Meanwhile,it carries out teacher training for gifted education teachers through the perfect institutions,organizations and associations,so as to provide counseling services for gifted children and their parents and long-term longitudinal follow-up research.In terms of consciousness,Germany attaches great importance to the education of gifted children from the official to the civilian level,which provides important financial support for the education of gifted children.
