摘  要:分享意识是一种亲社会意识,能使幼儿拥有同情心,让幼儿学会与他人分享和合作。好的分享意识、分享习惯可以提高幼儿的人际交往能力,帮助幼儿更好地融入社会、融入他人,实现身心健康成长。文章从幼儿分享意识概述入手,明确家园合作共同培养幼儿分享意识的必要性和可行性,并从发挥教师榜样作用、捕捉分享教育契机、创设分享环境、开展家园合作等方面入手对培养幼儿分享意识的策略进行探究,以期增强幼儿的分享意识,助力幼儿健康成长。Sharing awareness is a kind of pro-social awareness,which can make children have compassion and let children learn to share and cooperate with others.Good sharing awareness and habits can improve children’s interpersonal skills,help children better integrate into society and others,and achieve healthy physical and mental growth.Starting from the overview of children’s sharing awareness,the article clarifies the necessity and feasibility of home cooperation to jointly cultivate children’s sharing awareness,and explores the strategies of cultivating children’s sharing awareness from the aspects of giving play to the role of teachers,capturing the opportunity of sharing education,creating a sharing environment,and carrying out home cooperation,with a view to enhancing children’s sharing awareness and helping children grow healthily.
