摘  要:劳动是创造物质财富与精神财富的过程,苏霍姆林斯基倡导劳动教育,以培养未来公民、共产主义建设者为教育目的,以培养学生的创造性劳动素养为教育任务,要求在劳动教育过程中贯彻道德性、尽早性、量力性、全面性、创造性、长期性六大原则,启示当代教育应改变教师教育观念,培养劳动型教师,注重丰富劳动教育的实施途径,同时注重学校劳动活动常态化。Labor is the process of creating material and spiritual wealth.Suhomlinski advocates labor education,which aims at cultivating future citizens and communist builders,and takes cultivating students’creative labor literacy as the educational task.It requires that the six principles of morality,timeliness,capacity,comprehensiveness,creativity,and long-term should be implemented in the process of labor education,and enlightens contemporary education to change teachers’educational concepts,cultivate labor-type teachers,pay attention to enriching the implementation of labor education,and pay attention to the normalization of school labor activities.
