摘　　要：高职院校辅导员工作的成效不理想,亟待加以改进。文章分析目前高职院校辅导员工作存在的主要问题,提出提升高职院校辅导员工作能力的主要措施:提高认识,践行辅导员工作使命;加强领导,完善组织机制建设;明确职责,提高辅导员工作实效;扩容提质,强化辅导员队伍建设;加大投入,优化辅导员工作保障;优化方式方法,提高辅导员工作效能;加强考核评价,提升辅导员工作水准。The effectiveness of counselor work in higher vocational colleges is not ideal and needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges at present,and puts forward the main measures to improve the work ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges:to improve awareness and practice the work mission of counselors;strengthen leadership and improve the construction of organizational mechanism;clarify responsibilities and improve the effectiveness of counselors’work;expand capacity and improve quality,strengthen the construction of counselors;increase investment and optimize the work security of counselors;optimize methods and methods to improve the work efficiency of counselors;strengthen assessment and evaluation to improve the work level of counselors.
