摘  要:目的 探讨情景模拟教学法在急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)课程思政教学改革中的应用效果。方法 选取南方医科大学2019级五年制临床医学专业2个班学生241人,随机分为两组,试验组进行情景模拟教学法,对照组开展传统讲授式教学法,比较两组下课后及2周后的理论成绩及课堂满意度问卷调查结果。结果 试验组的课后、 2周后的考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);课堂满意度中激发学习兴趣、知识掌握程度、医学人文关怀、社会责任感、职业素养和教学认可评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AOPP课程中采用情景模拟教学法能够明显提高学生短期、长期的知识掌握度,同时课程思政育人效果明显,对提升医学生综合素质具有积极的现实意义,值得在本科生教学中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in the ideological and political teaching reform of the course of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP). Methods 241 students from two classes of 2019 five-year clinical medicine major in Southern Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the the experimental group with scenario simulation teaching method and the control group with the traditional teaching method, the theoretical achievements after class and two weeks later and class-teaching satisfaction were compared. Results The test scores of the experimental group after class and two weeks later were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of stimulating learning interest, knowledge mastery, medical humanistic care, social responsibility, professional quality and teaching recognition in class-teaching satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The scenario simulation teaching method can significantly improve the short-term and long-term knowledge mastery of undergraduates with AOPP, and the efficiency of ideological and political education is significant, which has positive practical significance for improving the comprehensive quality of medical students and is worth popularizing.
