摘 要:储粮损失问题在我国十分严重,储粮品质指标数学模型能及时反映粮食相应品质在储存过程中的变化情况,协助管理人员掌握储粮状态的变化并及时采取相关防治措施延缓粮食劣变,进而有效降低储粮损失。本文整合了稻谷储存品质判定指标(脂肪酸值、色泽、气味、食用品质以及真菌、害虫)模型的构建方法,讨论了不同模型的指标研究方法、模拟算法,关注了模型优化方法;对当前模型研究中的不足提出了展望,为今后稻谷品质指标模型研究与应用提供参考。The problem of stored grain loss is very serious in China. The mathematical model of the stored grain quality index can timely reflect the change of the corresponding quality of the grain during the storage process, assist the management personnel to grasp the change of the state of the stored grain and take relevant preventive measures in time to delay the deterioration of the grain, and thus, effectively reducing the loss of grain storage. This review integrated the construction methods of the rice storage quality judgment indicators model, such as fatty acid value, color, odor, edible quality, fungi and pests, discussed the index research methods and simulation algorithms of different models, and focused on the model optimization method.Outlooks for the deficiencies in the current model research were proposed to provide references for the rice quality indicator model research and application in the future.
