摘  要:随着人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题越来越受到社会的重视,近年来,各类食品安全问题出现在大众的视野中,其中原材料污染、不按规定加工、包装不严格是影响食品安全的主要因素;而监管不到位、消费者不够重视等也是出现食品安全问题的重要原因。综上所述,笔者通过阐述食品安全问题的现状,对影响食品安全的相关因素进行了探究,明确指出了当下我国食品安全问题产生的原因,并提出了改善当前食品安全状况的举措。With the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety issues are increasingly being paid attention by the society.In recent years,various food safety issues have emerged in the public’s view.Raw material pollution,processing not in accordance with regulations,and lax packaging are the main factors affecting food safety;Poor supervision and consumers’ lack of attention are also important reasons for food safety problems.To sum up,the author explored the relevant factors affecting food safety by describing the current situation of food safety problems,clearly pointed out the reasons for the current food safety problems in China,and put forward measures to improve the current food safety situation.
