摘　　要：分析了高职院校学生综合素质测评存在的问题,基于高职学生职业核心能力培养,研究构建高职学生综合素质测评体系,以应对新理念、新模式、新教法及新技术条件下高职院校学生工作面临的新挑战,不断提升学生职业核心能力和职业素质。Based on the core competencies of the higher vocational students’vocational cultivating,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the students’comprehensive quality assessment,and structures the higher vocational students’comprehensive quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges,so as to cope with the challenges of the new technology,new models,new teaching methods,to provide ideas and solutions for improving students’vocational core ability and vocational quality.
