摘 要:“停课不停教、停课不停学”的圆满成功,充分彰显了教育战“疫”的中国智慧,研究认为教育战“疫”之中国智慧主要体现在三个方面:一是中国制度智慧,即以教育制度优势为照明弹,点亮教育战“疫”主阵地;二是中国政策智慧,即以政策为指挥棒,为教育战“疫”整体规划提供指导;三是中国方案智慧,即以实施方案为冲锋号,指挥教育战“疫”由规划冲向实践。在教育数字化转型背景下,中国智慧的传承接力主要体现在四个方面:一是发挥中国特色社会主义教育的制度优势,有效筑牢教育数字化转型的现实基础和理念根基;二是用实用好国家智慧教育公共服务平台,为教育数字化转型提供势能;三是聚焦师生数字素养培育问题,科学制定教育数字化转型的配套政策;四是关注线上线下融合教学模式,分层设计教育数字化的整体转型方案。The complete success of“no stopping teaching and no stopping school”fully demonstrates the Chinese wisdom of the“epidemic”of the education war.The study believes that the Chinese wisdom of the“epidemic”of the education war is mainly refected in three aspects:first,the wisdom of the Chinese system,that is,the advantage of the education system is used as a fare to light up the main position of the“epidemic”of the education war;Second,China’s policy wisdom,that is,taking policy as the baton to provide comprehensive guidance for the overall planning of the education war“epidemic”;The third is the wisdom of China’s plan,that is,taking the implementation plan as the charge,commanding the“epidemic”of education war from planning to practice.Under the background of digital transformation of education,the inheritance and relay of Chinese wisdom are mainly refected in three aspects:first,give play to the institutional advantages of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and effectively build the practical and conceptual foundation of digital transformation in education;Second,use the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools to provide static and dynamic potential energy for the digital transformation of education;Third,focus on the cultivation of digital literacy of teachers and students,and scientifically formulate supporting policies for digital transformation of education;Forth,pay attention to the online and offline integrated teaching mode,and design the overall transformation plan of education digitization in layers.
