摘　　要：为进一步促进我国食品安全标准体系的完善和提升,加快与国际对接的步伐,本文全面分析了中国和国际食品法典的食品安全标准体系构架状况和特点,并对体系的相似性和差异性进行分析和比较,包括标准分类、数量、指标情况等。通过对比研究促进对我国食品安全国家标准体系的理解和完善,希望能对促进我国食品安全标准的完善有所助益。In order to further improve the system of Chinese food safety standards and accelerate the pace of international level,this paper comprehensively analyzed the framework and characteristics of food safety standard system of China and Codex Alimentarius Commission.And the similarities and differences of the system were analyzed and compared,including standard classification,quantity,related index and so on.The research is aimed at enhancing understanding and improvement of present Chinese national food safety standard system,this can contribute to the improvement of our food safety standards.
