摘  要:目的探究是什么-为什么-怎么样-怎么做(what-why-how-how do,W2H2)思维教学模式用于呼吸内科临床带教的价值。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院呼吸内科实习的86名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组采用传统以授课为基础学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学方法进行教学,观察组采用W2H2教学模式进行教学。比较两组教学前后的考核成绩、教学质量评分、各组对本组教学模式的评价及满意度。结果教学前,两组技能操作成绩、理论成绩、总成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组技能操作成绩、理论成绩、总成绩均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,与对照组相比,观察组技能操作成绩、理论成绩、总成绩均较高,观察组认知领域、精神运动领域、情感领域评分及总分均较高,观察组认为该组教学方法有利于提高分析解决问题的能力、提高临床应用能力、增强学生的职业信心、调动学习积极性的患者比例较高,观察组对本次教学的总满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论W2H2教学模式用于呼吸内科临床带教有利于提高学生的技能操作成绩和理论成绩,并且学生对W2H2教学模式的教学质量评价较高、满意度较高,认为这一教学模式有利于提高学生分析解决问题的能力、提高临床应用能力、增强职业信心、调动学习积极性。Objective Explore the value of the what-whyhow-how do(W2H2)mode of thinking teaching in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 86 clinical medicine students who practiced in the respiratory department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was taught by traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method,and the observation group was taught by W2H2 teaching mode.The two groups were compared before and after the teaching of the assessment results,teaching quality score,evaluation of the teaching model and the satisfaction of each group.Results Before teaching,there were no significant differences in the scores of skill operation,theory and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of skill operation,theory and total scores of the two groups were improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,compared with the control group,the skill operation scores,theoretical scores and total scores of the observation group were higher,and the cognitive field,psychomotor field,emotional field scores and total scores of the observation group were higher.The observation group thought that the teaching method was beneficial to improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,improve the ability of clinical application,enhance the professional confidence of students,and mobilize the enthusiasm learning,the observation group was more satisfied with the teaching,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion W2H2 teaching mode used in respiratory medicine clinical teaching is helpful to improve students'skills of operating results and theoretical results,and the student to W2H2 teaching mode of teaching quality evaluation is higher and higher satisfaction,think that this teaching mode is helpful to i
