摘 要:临床教师大多没有接受过系统的教育学培训,在不同阶段的教师教学能力及素质也是存在差异的。通过关注临床教师不同成长阶段的学习需求,构建分层递进式培训体系,同时辅以相应的培训保障机制,有效提升各发展阶段、各层次临床教师的教学水平。As most clinical teachers haven’t received systematic training in pedagory,there’s a prominent discrepancy in the teaching abilities and the education qualities among different tutors of different levels.Following the educators’needs for learning at their respective career stages,this paper aims to construct a feasible step-up training system for clinical teachers.Moreover,the authors propose the utilization of a corresponding logistics support mechanism.The ultimate goal is to efficiently improve the teaching skills of clinical teachers,despite of their different specialty backgrounds and different career development stages.
