生态学视域下双师教学环境设计研究

摘　　要：双师教学是由“线上名师+线下教师”构成的一种新型教学模式,是在教育信息化时代下实现教育优质均衡发展的有效途径。生态学理论在教育信息化领域的广泛应用,为双师教学环境的生态设计研究提供了可靠的理论基础和现实依据。该研究所构建的双师教学环境模型包括双师教学生态系统、系统运行的支撑环境和社会文化生态系统。由线上名师种群、线下教师种群、学生种群和技术管理人员种群所组成的生物种群以及资源种群是双师教学生态系统构成的两大关键要素,二者是相互依存的关系。正确认识生态关系是构建适应性双师教学环境的必要条件。Double-teacher teaching,a new teaching mode composed of online famous teachers+offline teachers,is an effective way to realize the balanced development of high-quality education in the era of education informatization.The extensive application of ecological theory in the field of education informatization provides a reliable theoretical basis and practical basis for the ecological design research of double-teacher teaching environment.The model of double-teacher teaching environment constructed in this study includes the double-teacher teaching ecosystem,the supporting environment for system operation and the social and cultural ecosystem.The biological population composed of online famous teachers,offline teachers,students and technical managers and resource population are the two key elements of the double-teacher teaching ecosystem,which are interdependent.A correct understanding of the ecological relationship is a necessary condition for the construction of an adaptive double-teacher teaching environment.
