摘 要:教育领导力是21世纪教育界研究的热点问题,各国都非常重视教育领导力的建设。要办好人民满意的教育,落实立德树人根本任务,不能自然发展和盲目跟风,必须具有强大的教育领导力进行顶层设计和正确实施。本文立足教育“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的根本问题,通过梳理分析中外教育领导力的相关研究成果,概括出教育领导力的基本概念和特征,探讨教育领导力对于建设社会主义教育强国、办好人民满意的教育、加快学校高质量内涵式发展、促进学生健康成长等方面的价值意蕴,旨在为培养大批讲政治、懂教育、会管理的教育家型学校教育工作者提供智力支持。Education leadership is the hot issue in the 21st century educational circle.Countries around the world all attach importance to the construction of educational leadership.To do a good job of people’s satisfactory education and implemental the fundamental task of moral education,we cannot wait for natural development and blindly follow the trend.We must have strong education leadership for top-level design and correct implementation.Based on the fundamental question of“who to train,how to train and for whom to train”,this paper summarizes the basic concepts and characteristics of educational leadership by analyzing the research results of Chinese and foreign educational leadership.This paper discusses the value implication of educational leadership in building a strong socialist education country,running a satisfactory education for the people,accelerating the high-quality connotative development of schools,and promoting the healthy growth of students.It aims to provide intellectual support for the cultivation of a large number of educators who speak politics,understand education and manage well.
