摘　　要：提升思政课的亲和力既是职技高师院校思想政治教育工作的重点,也是职技高师院校培养德学兼修的高质量职教师资的重要途径。职技高师院校思政课必须遵循以生为本的理念,在教学实践中努力探索提高吸引力、感染力、渗透力的实践路径,从而实现思政课的亲和力、获得感提升的最终目的,充分发挥思政课铸魂育人的主渠道、主阵地的作用。Improving the affinity of ideological and political courses is not only the focus of ideological and political education in vocational and technical normal universities, but also an important way to train high-quality vocational teachers who are both moral and professional.The ideological and political courses of vocational and technical normal universities must follow the concept of "student oriented", and strive to explore the practical path to improve attraction, appeal and penetration in teaching practice, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing the affinity and sense of gain, and give full play to the role of the main channel and front of cultivating the soul of ideological and political courses.
