摘  要:公安院校课程思政建设需要从教师队伍建设、课程建设、课堂教学三个维度展开。教师队伍建设需要明确教师应该具备的基于课程思政的素质、意识和能力,并有针对性地采取措施;课程建设需要明确课程与思政的基本内涵,并基于此而有序推进;课堂教学建设的关键是采取具体措施提升课堂教学的有效性。The curriculum ideological and political construction in police academies is to be implemented on the dimensions of teaching staff construction,curriculum construction and classroom teaching improvement.Firstly,the construction of teaching staff is to emphasize personnel’s qualities,awareness and competency on the matter of curriculum politics,and take specific measures for it.Secondly,the curriculum construction is to clarify the basic principle and connotations of ideology and politics,and take actions gradually under it.Thirdly,the classroom teaching reform is to emphasize proper methods to improve the teaching effectiveness.
