打造职业教育类型特色的策略分析——以湖北省职业教育为例

摘　　要：职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型。作为教育大省的湖北省,在高等职业教育方面存在着专业布局不尽合理、专业发展不平衡、人才培养的针对性和适应性不够等问题,究其原因,主要是职业教育类型特色未充分发挥,“政校行企”协同育人机制不够顺畅。要充分发挥职业教育类型特色需要政府统筹布局职教资源,学校主动作为,针对省域经济社会发展实际合理设置专业等,提高人才培养的针对性和适用性,加大职业教育改革创新力度,强化职业教育类型特征,构建湖北特色职业教育体系,打造职业教育自身类型特色,服务湖北高质量发展。Vocational education is a type of education that has the same important status as general education.As a major province of education,Hubei Province has many problems in higher vocational education,such as unreasonable professional layout,unbalanced professional development,and insufficient pertinence and adaptability of talent cultivation.The main reasons are that the characteristics of vocational education types are not fully developed,and the“government school enterprise”collaborative education mechanism is not smooth enough.To give full play to the characteristics of vocational education types,it is necessary for the government to plan and distribute vocational education resources.Schools should take the initiative to reasonably set up majors based on the actual economic and social development of the province,improve the pertinence and applicability of talent cultivation,increase reform and innovation efforts,strengthen the characteristics of vocational education types,build a vocational education system with Hubei characteristics,create vocational education’s own characteristics,and serve the high-quality development of Hubei.
