摘 要:目的分析医学影像学教学中应用翻转课堂联合微信教学对学生学习自主性及积极性的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2022年7月新疆医科大学第六临床医学院200名医学影像学专业学生作为研究对象,采用等量电脑随机分组法将其分为参照组(采用传统教学方法)和研究组(采用翻转课堂联合微信教学方法),各100名,比较两组应用效果。结果研究组理论成绩、实践成绩、总成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习积极性、兴趣性均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学评价评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自主学习、思考能力、实践操作、协作沟通、基础知识等能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学影像学教学中应用翻转课堂联合微信教学对学生学习自主性及积极性可产生积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of flipped classroom combined with WeChat teaching on students'learning autonomy and enthusiasm in medical imaging teaching.Methods 200 students majoring in medical imaging in the Sixth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group(using traditional teaching methods)and the research group(using flipped classroom combined with wechat teaching methods)according to equal computer random grouping meth,with 100 students in each group,to compare the application effects between two groups.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and total scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm and interest of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation score of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of independent learning,thinking ability, practical operation, cooperative communication and basic knowledge of the research group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05). Teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with WeChat teaching in medical imaging teaching can have a positive impact on students' learning autonomy and enthusiasm.
