摘 要:目的 分析研究PBL联合Seminar教学模式在泌尿外科护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取在泌尿外科实习的88名护生为研究对象,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用PBL联合Seminar教学模式,带教3个月后比较两组护生考核成绩、对教学的认可度、教学效果调查问卷得分及岗位胜任能力问卷得分。结果 实习结束后,观察组考核成绩、对教学的认可度、教学效果调查问卷得分及岗位胜任能力问卷得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合Seminar教学模式可使护生有效掌握基础知识和临床操作技能,提高护生对教学的认可度及教学效果,有助于激发护生学习兴趣,值得临床推广。Objective Analyze the application effect of PBL and Seminar teaching mode in urology nursing practice teaching.Meth-ods Eighty-eight nursing students practicing in urology were selected as the research objects.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the PBL combined with Seminar teaching mode.After 3 months of teaching,the assessment scores of the two nursing groups,the recognition of teaching,the teaching effect questionnaire score and the post competency questionnaire score were compared.Results After the internship,the assessment score,the recognition of teaching,the teaching effect questionnaire score and the post competency questionnaire score were all higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with Seminar teaching mode can enable nursing students to effectively master the basic knowledge and clinical operation skills,improve the recognition and teaching effect of nursing students,and help stimulate the nursing students′interest in learning,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
