摘  要:在当今经济全球化发展的背景下,教育公平成为全民关注的话题,而教师在这一过程中扮演着重要的角色。澳大利亚针对处境不利学校的高水平师范生国家项目National Exceptional Teaching for Disadvantaged Schools(NETDS)秉持着公平正义的理念,努力培养成绩优异、充满社会责任感的教师,鼓励引导他们投身于偏远地区、处境不利学校的基础教育中,从政策支持、社会福利、工作待遇等方面提高教师留职率,加强教师资源的合理配置,从而促进处境不利学校学生的综合发展,对于我国推动教育公平、促进地区均衡发展具有借鉴和启示意义。In the context of today's economic globalization,educational equality has become a topic of national concern,and teachers play an important role in this process.Hence,Australian“National Exceptional Teaching for Disadvantaged Schools”program aims to adhere to the concept of fairness and justice,strive to cultivate teachers with excellent performance and social responsibility,encourage and guide them to devote themselves to basic education in remote areas and disadvantaged schools,improves the retention rate of teachers from the aspects of policy support,social welfare and work treatment,and strengthen the rational allocation of teacher resources,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students in disadvantaged schools.It has reference and enlightenment significance for China to promote educational equity and promote balanced regional development.
