摘　　要：专业课教师课程思政能力是指专业教师将道德规范、思想观念、政治立场有机融入专业课程教育教学中的能力。课程思政能力包括课程思政理解能力、课程思政开发能力、课程思政组织能力、课程思政实施能力和课程思政评价能力。针对高职旅游专业教师在政治素养、课程思政能力、专业课教学内容设计、学校课程思政建设缺乏制度保障等困境,高职旅游专业教师需强化课程思政的师德修养,更新旅游教育理念;从教学内容、教学方法和实践教学等方面提升课程思政设计和实施能力;健全课程思政评价与激励机制,制定课程思政建设,以提升课程思政能力,推进课程思政建设。The curriculum ideological and political ability of professional course teachers refers to the ability of professional teachers to organically integrate moral norms,ideas and political positions into professional course education and teaching.The curriculum ideological and political ability includes the curriculum ideological and political understanding ability,the curriculum ideological and political development ability,the curriculum ideological and political organization ability,the curriculum ideological and political implementation ability and the curriculum ideological and political evaluation ability.In view of the difficulties of higher vocational tourism teachers in political literacy,curriculum ideological and political ability,teaching content design of professional courses,and the lack of institutional guarantee for the ideological and political construction o£school courses,higher vocational tourism teachers need to strengthen the moral cultivation of curriculum ideological and political and update the concept of tourism education,improve the ability of curriculum ideological and political design and implementation from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and practical teaching,improve the ideological and political evaluation and incentive mechanism of the curriculum,and formulate the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,so as to improve the ideological and political ability of the curriculum and promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum.
