基于SSTEW评量表的幼儿社会情感领域保教质量测评探究——以阿拉尔市T幼儿园中班为例

摘  要:实现幼儿社会情感领域的健康发展是学前教育的重要目标,保教机构对幼儿社会情感领域的保教质量是主要的衡量指标。文章以阿拉尔市T幼儿园中班为测评对象,使用SSTEW评量表并结合实地观察法和半结构式访谈法以及保教机构的文本信息,对T幼儿园社会情感领域的保教质量进行测评。研究发现,T幼儿园对幼儿社会情感领域的保教质量不高。重视程度不足、保教人员职业认同感不高以及幼儿社会情感养成的特性是其中重要的影响因素。对此,要提高幼儿家长、幼儿园及保教人员对社会情感教育的认识程度,提高保教人员的职业认同感。To achieve the healthy development of children's social emotion is an important goal of preschool education,and the quality of care and education institutions in the field of children's social emotion is the main measure.Taking the middle class of T Kindergarten in Alar City as the evaluation object,the article uses SSTEW scale,combined with field observation,semi-structured interview and text information of care and education institutions,to evaluate the quality of care and education in the social and emotional field of T kindergarten.The research found that the quality of care and education of T kindergarten in the field of children's social emotion is not high.The lack of attention,the low sense of professional identity of nursing and teaching staff and the characteristics of children's social emotional development are the important influencing factors.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the awareness of parents,kindergartens and caregivers on social emotional education and enhance the professional identity of caregivers.
