摘 要:良好的教师职业认同意味着师范生对教师职业进行了充分和深入的职业探索并作出积极的职业承诺,是师范生职业发展的内生力量。以240名地方高校师范生为研究对象,对其教师职业认同现状及影响因素进行分析。统计结果显示:地方院校师范生教师职业认同处于中等偏上水平,在职业认同认知维度上为(3.52±0.67),在职业认同情感维度上为(3.48±0.61),在职业认同行为倾向维度上为(3.58±0.52);差异检验表明:女生的教师职业认同显著高于男生;在学科上存在显著差异,人文社科类>理工科类>体育艺术类;社会、高校、家庭和自身四方面影响因素都与师范生的教师职业认同存在显著的相关关系。从政府策略引导、高校主体教育和激发自身内在动力三方面提出了提高师范生教师职业认同的对策。Good professional identity of teachers means normal students have adequate and in-depth professional exploration and positive professional commitment,which is the endogenous power of normal students'professional development.Taking 240 normal college students as the research subjects,the research the status of teachers'professional identity and its influencing factors.The statistics show that teachers'professional identity of normal students in local colleges is above the average level;the cognitive dimension of professional identity is(3.52±0.67);the emotional dimension of professional identity is(3.48±0.61),the behavioral tendency dimension of professional identity is(3.58±0.52).The difference test shows that the teachers’professional identity of female is significantly higher than that of male.There are significant differences in disciplines,humanities and social sciences>science and engineering>sports and art.The four influencing factors of society,universities,families and themselves are all significantly related to teachers’professional identity of normal students.The research puts forward some suggestions on how to improve teachers'professional identity of normal college students from three aspects:the government's strategic guidance,the main education of colleges,and stimulating internal motivation of oneself.
