摘 要:提升教师的听评课素养有助于提高其教学理论水平与教学设计能力,从而提升其反思能力,促进其专业发展。文章基于相关文献和实训案例提出培育教师听评课素养的黄金时机是在职前,依托在线平台对师范生开展“3R”模式的听评课训练,通过对同伴在线互评数据进行搜集、整理、挖掘,发现教师在听评课时普遍存在定量评分区分力不足、定性评语表达力贫乏、解释力薄弱等问题。据此提出在职前培育和职后培训中要从思想层面、培育方式和训练途径3个方面加以改进。在“互联网+教育”深入发展的时代背景下,利用人工智能中的自然语言处理技术解决教育教学中的问题,是智慧赋能教育的一次有益探索。To improve teachers'assessment literacy is helpful to improve both their teaching theory level and teaching design ability,so as to enhance their reflective ability and promote their professional develop-ment.Based on current related studies and cases the golden opportunity to cultivate teachers’assessment litera-cy is before working.We use online platform to carry out a"3R"model of training.By collecting,sorting and digging the online assessment data,we find that teachers often rate highly and get contradiction between the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.They cannot give the exact score in quantitative evaluation and have little to write about in qualitative evaluation.To enhance teachers' assessment literacy,first we should both correct their attitudes and raise their consciousness to the classroom observation;then we should help them deeply understand the criteria for the quantitative evaluation,and last we should improve their ability of de-scriptive review.We should applicate these strategies before and after student teachers'entry.Under the back-ground of the in-depth development of"Internet+education",we use natural language processing technology in artificial intelligence to solve the problems in education and teaching,which is a beneficial exploration of in-telligent empowerment education.
