摘  要:通过调查参与现代学徒制的粤港澳大湾区企业,发现在校企合作开展的现代学徒制中,企业的积极性普遍不高,尚存在办学形式单一、育人模式僵化、合作机制不畅等问题。影响企业参与现代学徒制积极性的主要因素在于投入产出比不均衡。为激发企业参与现代学徒制的合作动力,可采取完善法律法规制度,维护企业合法权益;健全人才培养机制,保障校企合作成效;维护企业正当利益诉求,激发企业内生动力等举措。Through interviews and investigations of enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area participating in modern apprenticeship system,it is found that the enthusiasm of enterprises is generally not high in modern apprenticeship system carried out through school-enterprise cooperation.There are problems such as single form in school running,rigid education model,and unsmooth mechanism in school-enterprise cooperatio.The main factor that affects the enthusiasm of enterprises participating in modern apprenticeship system is the unbalanced input-output ratio.In order to stimulate the cooperation motivation of enterprises participating in modern apprenticeship system,measures such as improving the legal and regulatory system to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises;improving the talent cultivation mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation;safeguarding the legitimate interests of the enterprise and stimulate its endogenous motivation are proposed.
