摘　　要：“岗课赛证训创”综合育人教学改革是高职实施“三教”改革的重要抓手,也是增强职业教育适应性、实现高质量发展的必由之路。应明确高职“岗课赛证训创”综合育人教学改革的内在要求,并在此基础上,从加强宣传工作、推行手脑并用的示范性教学方法、打造优质教学资源、构建分层次多场景的教学模式、落实多维度教学评价体系等方面入手,提出“岗课赛证训创”综合育人教学改革的实施路径。The comprehensive education teaching reform of“post,course,competition,certification,training and innovation”is an important starting point for the implementation of the Sanjiao reform in higher vocational education,and is also the only way to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and achieve high-quality development.We should clarify the internal requirements of the comprehensive education reform of“post,course,competition,certificate training and innovation”in higher vocational colleges,on this basis,start from the aspects of strengthening publicity work,promoting the demonstrative teaching method using hand and brain,creating high-quality teaching resources,constructing multi-level and multi-scene teaching model,implementing multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system,and put forward the implementation path of“post,class,competition,certificate,training and innovation”comprehensive education teaching reform.
