摘  要:随着教育部对中等职业教育定位从单纯“以就业为导向”向“就业与升学并重”的转变,以及职业教育高层次化进程的推进,职教本科师资人才培养已难以满足国家经济社会发展的需求。通过对中职学校教师数量、职称结构、职前培养体系以及就业条件等分析,以及国内外普通师范教育本硕衔接模式的对比,论证了职教师资本硕衔接的必要性与可行性。在此基础上,根据多年职教师资人才培养经验,借鉴伯林纳教师专业发展5阶段理论,构建了职业能力导向的职教师资“3+1+2”本硕衔接横纵贯通培养体系,为高层次、专业化未来中职教师培养提供可行的路径参考。With the transformation of the Ministry of Education’s positioning of secondary vocational education from simple“employment-oriented”to“equal emphasis on employment and further education”,as well as the promotion of the high-level process of vocational education,vocational teacher training at the undergraduate level is difficult to meet the needs of national economic and social de-velopment.Through the analysis of the number of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the structure of professional titles,the pre-vocational training system and employment conditions,as well as the comparison of the master’s degree articulation model of ordi-nary teacher education at home and abroad,the necessity and feasibility of the capital master’s degree articulation of vocational teachers are demonstrated.Based on that,learning from many years of experience in the training of vocational teachers,drawing on the five-stage theory of Professional Development of Bernard teachers,the ability-oriented“3+1+2”vocational teacher training system is constructed.The system connects the master’s degree with undergraduate degree horizontally and vertically,and provides a feasible path reference for the training of high-level and professional future secondary vocational teachers.
