摘　　要：针对高校大型仪器设备在本科生创新能力培养过程中的应用现状及存在的问题,探索利用大型仪器设备推动本科创新人才培养的方法和模式。通过建立大型仪器设备在线资料库、开展大型仪器设备操作培训、鼓励基于大型仪器设备进行自主创新研究以及完善效益评价和激励机制,提高大型仪器设备的使用效益,提升本科生的创新能力。Based on the existing condition and problems of large-scale instruments and equipment in cultivating undergraduates'innovation ability,it is necessary to explore a way to promoting the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents with large-scale instruments and equipment.Through establishing online database of large-scale instruments and equipment,carrying out equipment operation training,encouraging independent innovation research based on large-scale instruments and equipment,and improving benefit evaluation and incentive mechanism,the efficiency of utilization of large-scale instruments and equipment in the process of cultivating undergraduates'innovation ability can be improved,and the innovation ability of undergraduates can be enhanced.
