摘　　要：文章阐述了高职院校“双师型”公共英语教师队伍的内涵,分析了“双师型”公共英语教师队伍建设的必要性及其现状,从教师自身发展、校企深度合作及政府顶层设计层面探索了高职院校“双师型”公共英语教师队伍建设的有效路径,旨在促进高职英语教学高质量的发展及人才培养质量的提升。This paper expounds the connotation of “double-qualified” public English teacher team in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the necessity and current situation of “double-qualified” public English teacher team construction, and explores the effective path of “double-qualified” public English teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of teacher development, in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and top-level design of the government. The aim is to promote the development of high quality English teaching in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent training.
