摘 要:课堂教学的顺利进行和学生身心的健康发展都离不开教师科学的课堂管理。通过自编问卷《幼儿园教师课堂管理行为》随机对辽宁省内371名幼儿教师进行调查。结果显示:幼儿教师的课堂管理行为处于中上水平,其中对课堂心理环境的管理得分最高,对课堂常规的管理得分最低,在学历、教龄、专业出身上存在显著性差异。科学的课堂管理需要教师提升管理意识,树立正确课堂管理理念;提高反思能力,实施有效的管理行为;增强情绪管理能力,提升课堂管理质量;幼儿园控制园所规模,有效进行课堂管理。The smooth running of classroom teaching and the healthy development of students’bodies and minds cannot be achieved without the scientific classroom management of teachers.A random survey of 371 kindergarten teachers in Liaoning province was conducted through a self-administered questionnaire titled Classroom Management Behaviour of Kindergarten Teachers.The results showed that the classroom management behaviour of kindergarten teachers was in the middle to upper level,with the highest score for the management of the classroom psychological environment and the lowest score for the management of classroom routines.There were also significant differences in teachers’education background and teaching experience.Through the survey and research on early childhood teachers,the following suggestions were made:teachers should raise their awareness of management and establish correct classroom management concepts;teachers should improve their reflective skills and implement effective management behaviours;teachers should enhance their emotional management skills and improve the quality of classroom management;kindergartens should control the size of their schools and carry out classroom management effectively.
